At OTWEP our first love is literature! The love of books is something that runs deep within the structure of this company and the team that builds it. Our passion is to help our local talented community expand their imaginations free of publishing stress. The OTWEP team is a well-trusted group of qualified individuals who will not only edit and publish your work, but we are here to help you every step along the way. We know how confusing it can be to get your book out there, so let us help! Let our owner and founder, Rhonda Chieduch, tell you a bit about her story and what motivated her to start OTWEP.

"In 2010 I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Having just separated from my husband I was completely terrified as I had two young children to raise. I ended up having a mastectomy and went through chemotherapy. My mother was coming to my place every time I had chemo. She would stay while i was severely ill, which was usually about three weeks, then she would go back home and take care my dad for a week before returning to take care of me again. You can imagine how difficult this was on my 65 year old mother. My parents decided the best thing to do was to move me and my children into their home till I was capable of taking care of myself. After chemo I was told I was cancer free but remained to have problems. This meant I had to stay living with my parents.

While all this was happening, my younger sister decided to write a book. Everyone in the family thought this was ridiculous since no one thought she had ever even read a book. She ending up writing four books in a very short time. Some people might know them as the “Embrace Series”. After her first edition came out she realized that the editor she had hired was not very good and her work was riddled with mistakes. My mom suggested that since I had been so good at English that I give it a try. I re-edited her books and they became best sellers. That is when I first began editing.

About a year ago I was hired as an Editor by a publishing company. After working for a couple months I was offered a partnership. I brought my existing editing clients into the company and prepared to be a partner. After learning more about the company I didn’t like the way they were treating clients (especially mine) so I decided to quit and started my own company.

It started with just me and one other editor but in less than a year it has grown to me, four editors, a graphic artist, a formatter, and an assistant.  After less than a year we have 7 published books, 9 new authors, and 20 books waiting to be published. 

All in all, I really do believe that everything happens for a reason. So many different events in my life, good and bad, have led me here. I want to thank you, reader. Every book published, bought or promoted helps someone in our local community get their story out there, and that's what OTWEP is all about."
